1. How do I measure a box?
The proper sequence of dimensions is Length x Width x Depth. Place the carton in front of you with the open end up. Length is the longest open end dimension from left to right. Width is the shortest open-end dimension from front to back. Depth is the remaining dimension from top to
bottom.

2. How soon can I get a price quote?
For most projects, once we know the carton style, dimensions, and paperboard type including caliper, printing requirements, and quantity,

3. How long will it take to receive my products?
As a general rule, it will take 2 weeks for us to produce your custom-designed and printed products.

4. Can I have a custom-designed and made packaging box?
We are a custom shop. We design and construct each project to the individual customer's needs. All of our boxes are custom-made based on your artwork and packaging need.

5. Is there a minimum order requirement?
Due to the high machine setup cost and shipping freight, we do not accept small orders. Our minimum order quantity is 500 pcs. It is recommended for you order a 20"GP or 40"HC to reduce the unit price and shipping cost.

6. Can I get a sample?
Yes, on some stock items. A nominal shipping charge, however, will apply. Certain items are excluded from our sample program. Samples based on your artwork and packaging need, are available but will include a fee for the box plus estimated shipping costs. The sample-making usually takes a week.

7. Do you sell any additional products not listed in your online catalog?
We sell over 7,000 different types of corrugated shipping or packaging supplies and are always adding new items to our website. However, every item that we currently sell is listed on our website. If you cannot find the exact packaging or shipping product that you are looking for, please e-mail your request and we will be happy to verify whether or not this is an item that we carry.

3. How to ensure that the product is accurate?

After confirming the order, we will send you the design draft for confirmation, the production sample will be confirmed again, and then mass production will be carried out.

4. How to get samples? Is the sample charged? How long does the sample ship?

1)Send inquiries to contact the account manager to request the samples;
2)the stock samples are free, and the samples produced are charged according to your requirements; the sample fee will be refunded according to the order amount;
3)the samples will be sent within 7 days.

5. How long will it be shipped?

It is usually delivered within 10 to 15 working days after payment and the document is confirmed. If your order is urgent, we will adjust the schedule appropriately and continue to follow up the production process for you.

6. What is the minimum order quantity of the product?

The general order quantity for a product is 500 pieces. The more the quantity is, the cheaper the unit price will be.

7. If I place an order with you, should I pay the import fee?

Yes, we offer FOB/CIF prices normally. The shipping cost and your local destination fees, and customs clearance fees will be charged by your side.
